THE INCEPTION STORY
CIVILCO Construction and Interior is a quality-oriented construction company that was founded in 2004 by its Chief Executive, Engineer Mujeeb Ur Rehman. He continues the construction family tradition while maintaining its outstanding reputation with an uncompromising commitment to quality and safety.
With a strong reputation as an industry leader in Design-Build construction, CIVILCO construction provides excellence in a full spectrum of pre-construction, program management, construction, interior management, inspection, and quality control services.CIVILCO continues to deliver the best value in building services by placing experienced construction professionals on every project undertaken.

The company is driven to deliver the projects ‘On-Time without Cost Overrun’ using world-class project management techniques and has uncompromising standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
CIVILCO has a team of experienced Engineers and Architects; emphasizing in the establishment a “ hands-on “ shares authorship with each client results in building and interior architecture incorporating unique planning and management solutions. The firm practice is characterized by a combined emphasis on construction and excellence and a high standard of client services.
CIVILCO inauguration hides an anonymous pitch of hard work and practices of its Chief Executive S.M Mujeeb Ur Rehman. Right after he completed his education he joined the Private Construction firm, he worked at one of the finest companies of Pakistan, Inter-Home at Islamabad in 1993 as a Project Engineer, and completed the edifice of OGDCL building located in the Capital. Then he worked with United Builders, being a Project Engineer handled a project of ILO (International Labor Organization) in Islamabad, executing the design of Nayyer Ali Dada, who is among one of the substantial Architects of Pakistan. Posterior this practice, Chief Executive Mujeeb Ur Rehman left for abroad for an increment in his experience. He served many MultiNational companies in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Muscat as Project Engineer and Project Manager. He spent 6 years of his life building his career and holding a determination out abroad.
Next to this journey, he resumed himself in Pakistan and joined Eco West International as a Project Engineer on Emaar Project Islamabad. Hereafter, he joined the Multi-National company JICS (Japan International Corporation and Systems) and completed a project of a hospital as a project manager, then he became a part of Impact Design International and had completed many projects with them. Chief Executive Mujeeb Ur Rehman further continued the journey and built up a notion to launch a consummate Construction Company holding an upright prestige and he carried on to raise up the company, while making many other individuals a part of the genus, running every moment for the broadening of the firm.
