Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has confirmed the public sale of residential sites in Sector C-14.
Following the receipt of applications, Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa, the chairman of the CDA, announced the availability of one kanal property through a ballot system.
Previously, individuals affected by land-sharing agreements within the industry received nearly one-fourth of the available plots.

The CDA has also imposed development fees on allotted properties in Sector C-14 and other residential areas. Muhammad Ali Randhawa also mandated the completion of the final stages of construction in Sector I-12 within four months.
